Shipping & Returns

1. Production & Dispatch As a sustainable luxury brand, ADYMI operates on a made-to-order basis to minimise waste and ensure exclusivity.

  • Production Time: Please allow 14–21 working days for your item to be crafted.

  • Dispatch: Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Costs & Times We ship worldwide via our logistics partners (DHL/FedEx).

  • Local Delivery (Lagos): 1–2 working days after production.

  • International Shipping: 3–5 working days after production.

  • Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival.

3. Returns Policy We want you to love your ADYMI piece. However, as our items are made-to-order:

  • Standard Orders: We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Custom/Altered Orders: Items that have been customised to your specific measurements are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. How to Return To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will assess your request and provide a return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.

5. Faulty Items In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately on +44 7405 965 772 (WhatsApp available) or email us, and we will rectify the issue as a priority.
